Seeking union of mind, body and spirit defines all yoga.

In Kripalu Yoga, the cultivation of witness consciousness and attunement to prana (life force) lead to self-love, connection with Source, and deep personal transformation. As an integrated practice on and off the mat, Kripalu Yoga becomes a catalyst for physical healing, psychological and emotional development and spiritual awakening.

Cathy Campbell a Martial Arts Instructor for the past 21 years, began practicing Kripalu yoga 4 years ago under the guidance of Evelyn (Esana) Lotfy bringing the Yin side to her Karate Training. The main reason Cathy sought out Yoga was to improve her flexibility. As her practice progressed, a realization came that she wanted to become a teacher as well as a student. She then graduated the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health located in Stockbridge Massachusetts, February 1st, 2008.

Sharing her passion and enthusiasm for yoga through facilitating classes for others, supports her own ongoing transformation of Body, Mind, Spirit.
